Mentoring in the Governance of the 2022 Health Program in Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province

This mentoring activity is carried out to guide Konawe Regency so that it has good competence in preparing Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Work Plans (Renja OPD). Mentoring was carried out by a mentoring team from the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. In its implementation, the facilitator will be assisted or facilitated by 5 people from the Planning Team of the Konawe District Health Office. Mentoring in Konawe Regency is carried out for 7 (seven) months from May to November 2022, with a mentoring team from Udayana University, namely : Prof. dr. I Md Ady Wirawan, S. Ked, MPH, PhD (Vice Dean 3 of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University), Team Leader: Dr. dr. Ketut Suarjana, MPH, with team members: Dr. Made Kerta Duana, SKM, MPH, Putu Suariyani, SKM, M.H. Lth & Int.Dev, and dr. Ni Wayan Arya Utami, M. App, BSc, PhD.

The target of assistance is aimed at:
  1. Head of Konawe District Health Office
  2. Head of Division/Head of Section/Staff responsible for planning/program
  3. Konawe District Health Office Planning Team
Scope of Mentoring Work
  1. Take an active role and provide the necessary substantive and technical assistance related to the planning process currently underway.
  2. Provide recommendations on health planning for the next year to the Konawe District Health Office.
  3. Transfer of knowledge to the Konawe District Health Office so that they are able to compile a comprehensive and integrated OPD work plan document.
  4. Report work progress to the Ministry of Health

  2. Workshop I: Data Collection and Situation Analysis
  3. Presentation of the middle results at the Indonesian Ministry of Health
  4. Workshop II: Prioritization
  5. Workshop III: Preparation of Terms of Reference for the Program
  6. Monitoring and evaluation
  7. Cross-sector coordination meeting
  8. Final coordination meeting
  9. Presentation of the final results at the Ministry of Health
