The Public Health Student Association or abbreviated as HMKM, is an executive organization formed from the student association of the Bachelor of Public Health Study Program within the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. HMKM as a study program level organization certainly carries out the task of channeling student aspirations and creativity at the Bachelor of Public Health Study Program level.
History of the Establishment of HMKM FK Unud
IKM Unud was first established in 2001, still in the form of a study program equivalent to a faculty. At that time, an executive student organization was called the Student Executive Board (BEM PS IKM Unud). However, in 2009 PS IKM underwent a reshuffle into a study program or major at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. With the joining of PS IKM into the Faculty of Medicine, on December 5, 2009, a student organization called the Public Health Student Association (HMKM FK Unud) was formed.
Functions of HMKM FK Unud
HMKM as a student organization at the study program level functions to channel interests and talents as well as facilitate all PSSKM student activities, so that students can hone their skills and gain organizational experience and can develop the health profession as early as possible.
Organization of HMKM FK Unud
HMKM FK Unud in each of its management carries out activities that actualize the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, namely education and teaching, research and development. As well as community service that is packaged nicely through work programs and functions of each field and special division of HMKM FK Unud.
